Step‑by‑Step from Upload to Delivery
Restoring a treasured photo should feel easy — and it is. I aim to make the process clear and reassuring from the moment you send your image through to the moment you receive the final result.
Whether you’re local, interstate, or overseas, our simple 5-step process is friendly, and designed to give you confidence at every step.
1. Prepare your image

Alternatively, send me the original and I’ll scan it for you for a small charge.

2. I’ll assess and quote
3. Ready to Go?
Once you’re happy with the quote, I’ll begin the restoration.
Within a few days, you’ll receive a watermarked proof by email, along with a 14‑day invoice for the remaining balance. In this timeframe, you can review your proof and let me know if you’d like any refinements.
4. Payment is easy
If you’re in Australia, you can pay by EFT or cash (if you’re dropping by).
For clients outside Australia — or anyone who prefers to pay by card — secure payment is available in over 100 currencies through Stripe. Just ask for a Stripe invoice with a simple payment link. (Stripe payments attract a 3% surcharge).
5. Final Delivery
Finally, once payment’s sorted, I’ll email your beautifully restored, high-resolution image.
If you’ve ordered prints, you’re welcome to collect them in person, or I can mail them to you for convenience.
