I’m John Palmer. I’ve been a professional photographer for over thirty-five years. Along the way, I’ve specialized in photo manipulation and image enhancement, which means I can revive your cherished photos and restore all those precious memories for you and your family.

My passion for photo restoration is deeply rooted in my family’s legacy. From the 1860s through the Second World War, my ancestors ran cherished photography businesses in England, capturing moments that told countless stories. Over time, our own treasure trove of precious photos began to fade and deteriorate, and I found profound joy in breathing life back into them. Each restoration feels like reconnecting with history and preserving the heart of generations past.

How we revive your cherished photos
Our easy process
- Digitise and prepare your image (If you’re unsure how to do that click HERE)
- Upload your image HERE
- We will assess your image and provide you with a confirmed price.
- When you agree the price, we will restore your image and email a rough proof to you with a 14-day invoice in AUD.
- You email approval or any changes you would like within that 14-day period
In Australia, you can pay the account using EFT or cash if calling in person.
Outside Australia, or if you wish to pay by credit/debit card, you can pay the account securely in over 100 international currencies using Stripe. Simply ask us for a Stripe invoice which includes an easy payment link. (Please note: Stripe invoices attract a 3% surcharge)
After you pay the account, we will email you a high-resolution copy of your image. We can also arrange printing at your request.
